Who the hell are they?!
OK lets tell you why we started www.theflowerpod.com, Haley Weaver and Zofia Stekla decided to start a florist company that could offer something a little different and think outside the box (i.e. a new concept) not just supplying bouquets. We both have a big problem with ribbon, cellophane and cheap flowers! So came about our boxed collection range meaning you don't have to find a vase and try and arrange the flowers yourself, just get them and place where you want them to go!
We have provided a company that is forward thinking in its designs and ideas and is tailored to men and woman it's easy to use with great up to date pictures for you to choose from.
Our site photos are constantly being updated to bring you new designs and collections.
All our staff are fully uniformed and are always polite and deliver flowers with a smile.

By ordering products and using this website you agree to our Terms and Conditions set out below.
www.theflowerpod.com is the new concept in flowers If you are not happy with any of our products that you have ordered, simply notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer a replacement as soon as practically possible.
In the event that flowers are not received, please contact us. If the recipient is not present at time of delivery, they will be left with a neighbour or in a safe location i.e. garden shed with note put through the door. We do not accept any responsibility for the condition of the flowers when re-delivered or collected if it's not within 24 hours.
We do not refund orders unless there has been an error in the order process or that a duplicate order has been placed. We do not refund orders once the order has been accepted, nor do we refund based on late or failed deliveries but we guarantee, if the address is correct, to re-send any product as soon as practicably possible.
www.theflowerpod.com does not deliver to PO Box numbers and cannot deliver to incomplete addresses. www.theflowerpod.com cannot be held liable for incorrect recipient's addresses. Please make sure that all addresses including postcodes are complete and correct. Please ensure all addresses and postcodes are spaced correctly as failure to do this can result in flowers getting lost and we cannot be liable for this.
Whilst every effort is made to make deliveries when requested and prevent delivery requests for such dates such as public holidays, www.theflowerpod.com cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors such as public holidays and or strikes and factors within and beyond our control and will endeavour to deliver either before or after dates requested or as soon as is practically possible.
For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas due to the volumes of orders, we cannot amend, cancel or change any orders placed within 8 days of either occasion or day.
www.theflowerpod.com reserves the right to send a similar floral gift of equal or greater value.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to automated online validation checks by Google and authorisation by the card issuer via our secure online server. If the issuer of your credit/debit card does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
